TreeTop Adventures is the UK and Ireland division of EAK TreeTop Walks, a globally recognised operator and the world leader in treetop walk experiences.
The UK and Ireland division are adding to the portfolio of TreeTop Walks in the tourism group spanning some of the most scenic locations across Europe and Canada.
The company is currently operating in Avondale, Co. Wicklow, progressing through the planning stage at Castlewellan, and in active discussions regarding several additional locations across the UK.
TreeTop Adventures continues to expand its footprint across the UK and Ireland in response to growing demand for sustainable, outdoor tourism experiences.

At Treetop Adventures, we create, develop and operate exceptional outdoor visitor experiences that inspire people to connect with nature through adventure.
From iconic treetop walks and viewing towers to family attractions, adventure play, immersive trails and innovative visitor experiences, we bring together creative thinking, commercial expertise and operational excellence to deliver destinations that people return to time and again.
Our work spans the entire project lifecycle—from identifying new opportunities and developing concepts, through planning, design and construction, to marketing, operations and long-term management. Whether delivering our own attractions or working alongside landowners, public bodies and private partners, our focus is on creating sustainable, commercially successful experiences that celebrate the unique character of every location.
Today we proudly operate TreeTop Walk Avondale in Ireland and are developing TreeTop Walk Mourne in Northern Ireland, while actively exploring new destinations and outdoor adventure concepts across the UK and Ireland.
McArdle Adventure Group (MAG) is one of Ireland’s leading adventure and tourism groups, based in Carlingford, Co. Louth. MAG delivers unforgettable outdoor experiences, family adventures, accommodation, and activity-based tourism through its brands: Carlingford Adventure Centre, Skypark Carlingford, and Carlingford Holiday Homes. Together, the group offers award-winning land, sea, and sky activities alongside quality accommodation, welcoming families, schools, corporate groups, and visitors from across Ireland and beyond.
Treetop Adventures is part of the McArdle Adventure Group, working in partnership between EAK TreeTop Walks and the McArdle Adventure Group, who will jointly develop and operate TreeTop Walk attractions across the UK and Ireland.
WIEHAG: Global Pioneers in Timber Engineering WIEHAG GmbH is a world-leading engineered timber construction company headquartered in Altheim, Upper Austria. Founded in 1849 as a small carpentry shop, the company has evolved over 160 years into an international powerhouse specialising in wide-span timber structures, roofs, glued laminated timber (glulam) products, and architectural projects.

Erlebnis Akademie AG (EAK)
Starting in 2001 with the construction and operation of high rope courses, EAK opened its first treetop walk in the Bavarian Forest in 2009. Thanks to its success, Erlebnis Akademie AG is now one of the largest developers and operators of near-nature leisure and adventure areas in Europe. The company's main focus lies in the conception, construction and operation of treetop walks and additional facilities like adventure playgrounds, restaurants and merchandise shops. So far, 13 treetop walks and complementary facilities have been established.
