Is the trail open when it rains?
The TreeTop Walk is open all year round, find our opening hours for each season here to opening hours. In the event of special weather conditions, such as thunderstorms or high winds, or other situations beyond our control, such as a power failure, the site will be closed. The announcement of the closure will be made on our social media pages.
How long should I allow for my visit?
How long should I allow for my visit?
We recommend allowing approximately 1–2 hours to enjoy the TreeTop Walk and Viewing Tower. During busy periods, allow a little extra time for arrival and check-in.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on leads on the forest trails and in the Walled Gardens, but they are NOT PERMITTED on the TreeTop Walk, Viewing Tower or inside buildings. Registered assistance dogs are permitted.
